9.6كل شيء كان رائعًا منذ لحظة الوصول. أتقدم بجزيل الشكر لمستر عمرو حسن على حسن الاستقبال، والمتابعة المستمرة، وحرصه على تيسير كل ما نحتاجه طوال فترة الإقامة. كما أتوجه بالشكر لمستر عبد الرحمن ومستر فهمي على تعاونهم واهتمامهم، فجميع أفراد طاقم العمل كانوا في غاية الاحترافية، بشوشين، ومتعاونين ومستعدين للمساعدة في أي وقت. المطاعم المتخصصة كانت متنوعة ومميزة، وقد استمتعنا بجودة الطعام والخدمة. وأخص بالشكر مستر حمدي على اهتمامه وحرصه على تقديم تجربة ممتازة. كانت إقامة مميزة بكل المقاييس، وبالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة وأوصي بالفندق لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والخدمة الراقية.

Read more ↓That was our 2nd visit. Everything was great. I would like to thank all the staff they really did great job to make us comfortable as much as possible. Special thanks to the reception staff mohamed who was very welcoming and arranged for our check in quickly as possible also Nasser for his help using the golf car. Mahmoud abd abd al rahaman in the main restaurant and wahid for the room service
