Özellikle personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.Receptiondaki Nicole ve Restauranttaki Lorena ,Letıcıa,Adriana ya ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum konukseverlikleri için.Kahvaltı muhteşem.Tam şehrin göbeğinde temiz ve güler yüzlü ,yardımsever personeliyle tercih edilmesi gereken bir otel

"Comfortable, clean, friendly in superb location. Recommended."

Superb location, very nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern. Some people complain about traffic noise. You can sometimes head the tram, but this is not a problem. AC worked perfectly, which was nice with temperatures hitting 37 C degrees outside.

The beds were a little hard for our taste, but no big deal.
