Nos sentimos acogidas des del primer segundo. El personal es sin duda lo mejor de ese hotel. Super atentos, nos hemos sentido como en casa. A parte, el hotel es espectacular, la piscina preciosa, su pequeño templo con sus ofrendas por todos lados, la vegetación, el desayuno, la habitación, la cama comodísima… una manera muy especial para tener nuestro primer contacto con Indonesia. Gracias Tirta Arum family🙏🏻
Todo bien. La potencia del agua la ducha era un poco floja, para poner algo a mejorar.
Read more ↓The staff was very helpful with planning tours/private driver and seeing that our stay was very relaxing. Putu and Grandma were the sweetest staff and always greeted us with a smile. You could tell Grandma cooked her food from the heart and it was better than any meal we had off the property in Ubud. The private villa was very nice and we used the outdoor pool and terrace daily. We would stay here again!
