9.4Beautiful sunset views, comfortable bed and wonderful staff. Breakfast brought to your room every morning is such a nice touch. They are very accommodating with booking transfers to/from airport and ferry terminal, and for excursions too. You are greeted street-side upon arrival, shown to the property and are helped with carrying your luggage. This property is very vertical so the help is a welcome gesture- lots of stairs.
Hot tub does not get hot. The step over the threshold into the bathroom of our room was hard to navigate and there are no electrical outlets in bathroom.

I stayed at Nefeles Luxury Suites and was truly satisfied with my experience. The room quality was excellent, clean, well cared for in every detail, and very comfortable. The services offered were also top-notch. Breakfast was varied, with both savory and sweet options, suitable for all tastes and needs. A special mention goes to the staff, always friendly and helpful: they provided detailed information about everything we needed, always ready to ensure a pleasant stay.
