Obiekt zapewnia wszystko co jest potrzebne. Villa zapewnia prywatność, jest otoczona murkiem i zielenią. Jest prywatny basen i leżaki. Można zjeść posiłek na tarasie. Blisko obiektu są supermarkety. Do morza idzie się 2-3 minuty, ale wybrzeże jest strome i skaliste. Do najbliższej piaszczystej plaży Coral Bay, można dojechać autobusem lub 6 minut samochodem.
Brak wieszaków w łazience. Trochę słaba patelnia, jajka się przypalają.
