"Loved villa , just needs a little thought behind it"
Location, grounds pool and overall lovely.
When we arrived the patios and pool were filthy obviously not swept or cleaned for a least a few weeks before. Our first task was to sweep grounds and clean all leaf debris out of pool. No comfortable chairs outside or in. No beach towels at all. No hairdryers in 4 bedroom villa. No games or books. Beds were not good in one bedroom, broken slats

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case your keys get lost or if your leave your keys inside the property, an extracharge of 50 Euros will be applied to you in case this happens in working hours and a an extracharge of 75 Euros will be applied to you in case this happens out of working hours. The new keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
