9.3This is a wonderful place with beautiful view, private pool, comfortable even for a family of five. Our villa had a well equipped kitchen, spacious terrasse in a very peaceful environment, squirrels and butterflys around. The staff was great, everything was well organized, including the transport, diving course for children, loundry, etc. The villas are at the top of the hill, far away from the busy town, good restaurants, markets, massage salons, although we could order almost everything there and very easy to catch a taxi or rent a bike.

Maison magnifique : la vue , la piscine , la tranquillité, les conseils et aides de Tom et de son personnel, la gentillesse du taxi qui nous a conseillé de superbes plages où faire du snorkelling. Et un grand merci a Tom pour l'organisation du scuba diving : a deux avec un instructeur et bateau privé au top !
La maison est située sur les hauteurs cela nécessite d'utiliser un taxi pour aller aux plages ou en ville mais cela n'enlève en rien a la beauté et aux délicieux moments passés là bas

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for THB 250 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for THB 350 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 6 years old stay for THB 900 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for THB 900 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that the minimum age for renting the villas is 21 years. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation is allowed to stay in the villa. Guests are kindly requested to keep the volume of noise to the minimum after 22:00 hrs. The villa is only allowed to be used by those registered to stay in the villa. Please be informed that: - Reservations made for 2 people will be given access to 1 bedroom. - Reservations made for 4 people will be given access to 2 bedrooms. - Reservations made for 6 people will be given access to 3 bedrooms.
