Die Lage ist perfekt, Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Centro Comercial und alle wichtigen Geschäfte für Selbstversorger fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir konnten bereits gegen Mittag das Haus beziehen, was sehr zuvorkommend von Seiten des Vermieters war. Die Ausstattung ist von wenigen Dingen abgesehen, ausreichend bis gut. Geeignet für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub mit Freunden.
Es waren leider keine Kaffeemaschine sowie Trockentücher vorhanden. Das Besteck könnte vervollständigt werden und die Pfannen waren leider alle zerkratzt.
