8.6"House has a lot of potential with some work needed"
This property has a lot of potential if they take care of some things... Pros: very spacious home, equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, pool was cleaned 3x in our 6 day stay, grounds are very large and private. Cons: couch was broken and unusable, pool loungers were ripped, mosquitos in the house, toaster and dishwasher are broken, refrigerator made loud noises in the night waking us up. If some maintenance was done, this house would be a much nicer property to rent. As it stands, it's not as relaxing as it should be for a vacation home.
