Private Pool & Games Near Dania Pointe & Beaches

The villa is spacious, bedrooms/kitchen/dining areas are all large and well equipped. The patio is private and spacious with a good bbq and pool, though the pool was very cold. There are plenty of towels etc.

WiFi is awful, speeds normally less than 10 and frequently below 3Mbps which made streaming impossible and even browsing was frustrating (reported, unresolved). The property is 270ft from 2 main train lines and 500ft from a crossing with 6 lanes of traffic; the clanging of the crossing and hooting of the trains meant we had to wear earplugs to sleep try to sleep. We were woken by gunshots and sirens in the neighbourhood one night which left us feeling slightly wary; there is an alarm system and safe but these are not available for guests (reported/unresolved). Bicycles are provided but had flat tyres and no means of inflation (reported/unresolved). The bbq and outside furniture had not been cleaned before our arrival so we had to clean these ourselves. We also found a cockroach in the kitchen though to be fair the kitchen was clean
