The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Loss of keys or leaving them inside the apartment will incur a charge of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. In order to complete the check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. Guests will receive check-in instructions before arrival. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
