9.3"Spacious house with pool and garden perfect for kids."
Very spacious house with AC, three bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Perfect for families with kids as there is a huge garden with trampoline, pool, soccer goals, badminton etc and in the garage there is a pool table, ping pong, dart etc, perfect for a sun break and in the evenings. Also 2 min walk to huge football area in the village. Nice terrass and open landscape. Agata is a very nice and always available and quick to respond. About 30 min to Rovinj, beaches etc. 5 min with car to super market, walking distance to small supermarket and a good restaurant.
