6.8In general we had a very nice stay there. Receptionists were professional and helpful, Ahmed Adel from the house keeping was so helpful and friendly. The kids loved the aqua, pool and beach, Egyptian restaurant was exceptional! Location is brilliant! World cup atmosphere upstairs with drinks on site was fantastic! My kid had a nice camel ride there.
The bar boys on the beach need to be trained to be more professional and prompt specially during the rush hours and hot weather. The evening show and fish restaurant could be improved.

كل شئ جميل ستاف رائع اكل متنوع موقع ممتاز حفلات ليليه بسين تحفه اكوا بارك في فندق تابع المجموعه يبعد 5 دقايق سيرا علي الاقدام
ماكينات القهوه في اغلب الاوقات لايوجد بها حليب ولكن يمكن تجاهل الامر او طلب من الاستاف اضافه حليب
