The location is excellent, easy to find and the private onsite garage is a big plus in San Juan. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, with a balcony, and the apartment was very well equipped. Our hostess Marie was delightful - helpful and friendly. We loved staying here and hope to return.

Despite nearby construction, we are committed to doing everything in our power to minimize disruption. We have maintained constant communication with local authorities and the construction company to ensure that noise regulations are respected and any unnecessary disruption is limited. We promise that we will do our best to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding in this situation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
