Mandatory check-in online: In order to receive the instructions to access the property, it is necessary to fully fill the online check-in form sent at the time to your Booking.com mailbox no later than 48h before your arrival or immediately if you have reserved in a shorter timeframe. Bed configuration: You can request to split the double bed into two single beds (80x200). This service costs €20, to be paid once, and must be requested no later than 24 hours before arrival, with no exceptions, for organizational reasons. Superior apartment: For those reservations of up to two adults, a double bed will be prepared in the room close to the bathroom, while from the third adult guest will be also prepared the second double bed. For a better comfort, please send straight away a message if you prefer the option with two single beds, otherwise the double bed will be automatically arranged. For those reservations with a maximum of two adult guests, you can also ask to arrange the second double bed by paying a one-time fee of 20€. This request must be sent straight away after your reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
