We got a free upgrade to a bigger room because the internet in the first room didn't have good reception. Lily was super friendly, helpful and attentive. We loved to have a little kitchen and the room was beautiful. You feel like you're in a little jungle oasis, yet close to all amentities and in the beautiful district of la veleta.
Be aware that the kitchen has basic equipment, but definitely enough to prep some simple dishes. If we had to mention something negative, the keypad to enter the main door didn't always work, it would be great to have a key.
