El apartamento está muy cuidado y con mucho gusto, y con las prestaciones necesarias en perfecto estado. Se encuentra en primera línea de playa. Tiene garaje/trastero muy cómodo y grande. La terraza es inmensa, que hace esquina. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, tanto que al entrar al apartamento lo hace muy agradable. Tiene una Smart Tv grande, con muchas aplicaciones y buena conexión WiFi. Además, la urbanización tiene salida directa a la playa y 2 piscinas.

He echado de menos un segundo cuarto de baño, aunque el que tiene es estupendo, con plato de ducha grande.

"Wundervoll gelegenes und bestens ausgestattetes Appartment"

Die Lage dient am Meer ist sehr schön - da sich der Hauskomplex etwas am Rand eines Neubaugebietes befand, war es auch angenehm ruhig. Die eigene Garage hat uns auch super gefallen - sehr praktisch und auch sicher 👍 Die Ausstattung (Bad Küche) hätte nicht besser sein können.

Dafür kann ganz sicher die Besitzerin nichts, aber da das Treppenhaus nach Innen offen ist, hat man bis spät Abends immer die Hunde um die Wette bellen hören.
