Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is a nice rrsort but unfortunateoy regardless of where we stay ,Grandluxxe , Grand Bliss or Grand Maysn the experience is always the same. Rooms are worn out and need attention , everything from restaurants to drinks are expensive. This place has gone downhill in the last 10 years. The only saving grace is the attentive staff and employees who try to be helpful maybe because they feel bad about how Vidanta treats it's guests so badly by penny pinching on everything every chance they get , being hounded to attend one of their timeshare torture sessions with the lieing and cheating sales people. ! Jason Vidgoff, Ian Shefelt, Ameet Vedd and Chad Doetzel you know i'm talking about you . The biggest liars I ever met. These guys should get a Oscar or go to jail ! I met someone who spent 250,000 USD thinking she bought an investment with Vidanta and her lawyer told her it was 1 week of a Timeshare . Absolutely scandulous, how can these people sleep at night. Our time visiting this resort has finally come to an end.
