9.2I really loved this hotel!! The upper pool area is amazing! It has a great restaurant to have breakfast in. It was great that breakfasts were included - the food was always really good but the service upstairs was hit and miss. The bed was pretty hard (which I think is pretty normal in Mexico). The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was immaculately clean, and full of lush plantings everywhere which made the whole place so pleasant and relaxing. The staff were equally wonderful… extremely polite and attentive. My wife and I felt very well looked after during our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!
