הייתה לנו חוויה יוצאת דופן במלון. ללא ספק אחת מחוויות האירוח הטובות ביותר שהיו לנו. כבר מרגע שנכנסנו למלון קיבלה אותנו קתרינה המקסימה בחיוך והסבירה על המלון ועל קפלוניה. במשך כל השהות קתרינה דאגה שנהיה מרוצים, התעניינה ונתנה תחושה חמה ולבבית. דימיטרי וכל הצוות בארוחת הבוקר המצוינת נתנו שירות מעולה, אישי ומכל הלב. האווירה במלון רגועה ויוקרתית, הרגשנו שעושים הכל כדי שתהיה לנו חוויה מושלמת. אורלי ואיתן
