"Need improvement in how it's run"
Bad - 10cm yellow stain on duvet cover - they changed it when I asked - I later also noticed an iron burn mark - No towels - Asked for towels and they gave us folded wet towels! - No water bottles - Can hear traffic noise and beeping all night - Windows arnt good - No kettle but they brought one - Dark building entrance - no sign for the hotel - more of a B&B on the 6th floor of a tower block - dilapidated lift - Good - Late checkin was fine - Bathroom was clean - Plug sockets next to bed - Wifi password in room - Wifi speed
