9.9"i wish i booked this hotel for a longer period of time"
the staffs were super super nice! had a problem with my taobao delivery and liu yao (a staff) helped me with the process of retrieving my parcel. other staffs like xiao jing and mi na were really helpful and attended to our requests promptly. the breakfast that was included in the stay was super balanced and healthy meal. i would 100% stay there again!!

Everything! The location is perfect in the center of the old town in a really calm street. I loved the mood, the room is great, really clean and spacious. It’s really nice to have tea and coffee for free. In the over all, I loved my time here and will be back if I come back to Lijiang
