9.4Fantastic service from the owner, he took his time to drive us to a different hotel, even though we had missed our check out time with almost a whole day. Such a nice guy! Very clean and modern accommodation aswell!
It's hard to get a taxi in the morning from this location, but that goes for the whole of Hakuba I think. At least it's very close to a bus stop from where you can take the ski bus.
