9.5"Great family stay in sunny Gaios"
Close proximity to Gaios, yet secluded and quiet. Walk to town just circa 7-10 mins albeit is a big hill back on somewhat sketchy road surface but was happy with that given ease of getting to town without car/taxis. Good pool and lot of space in the property including large TV room for when you want some shade. Air con great and plenty of bath rooms.
Villa opposite is mid development - there was no work being done whilst we were there so not an issue but would have been if was activity. Sounds picky but need a chopping board in the kitchen!

The house is fab and pool cleaning and villa cleaning every few days was more than we expected. Great facilities and design - very comfortable. We were 1 couple and 2 friends so room configuration and number of bathrooms was a bug reason to book this villa, as well as pool and location, as we like to go out and about and eat in different restaurants.
While location is great, we had a car so were able to explore and drive to Gaios each night - but although it's a fairly short distance, I imagine it's not that easy to walk (especially back, up hill)
