I’ve stayed here several times, and the customer service is fantastic. Sr. Hector and his team are amazing, always making sure everything is perfect. The WiFi is excellent, which is great for remote work. I really enjoy the hospitality and the convenient location.

The room was absolutely stunning, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Héctor has been extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming even before I arrived in Puerto Plata. I 100% recommend Royal Terrace and will stay there again for my next stay
