Great location near supermarket and lovely cafes. Stayed a few times here. Apartment and area feels very safe as a lone woman. Good cooking range, pots pans utensils. Elevator in the block a bonus. Owner very responsive to any issues and will come out that day. Roof terrace great for sunbathing, super views over the sea and of Tiede. Love that this is a local Tenerifan family business, not a big company.
Key handover times can be sketchy, so communicate up front in good time to arrange the best time to meet. Owner is very warm, honest and helpful. I will return!

Juan is a very kind host. There was even a welcome gift for us which was extremely thoughtful and kind. The apartment is very clean and close to the beach and center. There is a washing machine also, which comes in handy.
