7.0La piscina le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, el azulejo parece estar muy maltratado y hace falta una renovación. Los cuartos parecen necesitar un poco de mantenimiento también en la parte de mosquiteros, también aparatos como el refrigerador hacen mucho ruido al conectarse, estaría bien revisarlos.
