Departamento Bohen 13

The apartment looked just like the photos online. It was clean, spacious, modern and the AC worked great. I would have considered a longer stay had it not been for the leak and poor customer service.

1. The location has unpaved, dirt roads with lots of potholes making it difficult to get to. 2. There was trash accumulated under the stairs outside. There is no dumpster for guests to take their trash nor cleaning service offered. 3. The lights inside the apartment randomly change colors and brightness, which is bothersome and there are no settings to change it. 4. The WiFi information provided was incorrect and took hours to resolve. 5. There is no TV in the living room, but plenty of space for one. Only TV is in the bedroom. 6. The kitchen sink drains slowly making it harder to wash dishes, etc. 7. We rented it for 7 days, the last 3 were impacted by a severe leak when a rainstorm hit. The cracks in the ceiling in both the kitchen and bathroom were there, but never fixed (we were told later). The night of the storm I contacted management immediately when water started flooding so much that one bucket wasn’t enough. We were told someone would come in the morning. Not only were they late, but they only worked on the roof outside. They did not offer to send room service to clean the mess or comp any of our nights. We could not cook the last days because we were afraid the stove (electric) and microwave were soaked during the leak. We were only given an apology.
