8.9Excelentes instalaciones, todos fueron muy atentos durante toda la estancia. Las playas son cristalinas y puedes ver peces en la mañana con solo caminar unos pasos dentro del agua. Quede muy feliz con el hotel y sus servicios, las habitaciones e instalaciones se encuentran tan cual de ven en las fotos. Vale mucho la pena el tour de bioluminisencia, es una experiencia única.
El varias ocasiones del día no servía el agua fría del baño de la habitación,dejaba de salir agua o solo salía caliente.
Read more ↓The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the terrace to the beach was amazing and calming. We liked the pools and the private beach, the pizza at the restaurant was also surprisingly good, really recommend
The island is full of mosquitoes (which is not the hotels fault but makes it hard)
