The Farm House! Spacious private pool home with grill and fully stocked kitchen!

The house was great.

I left a message for the property manager on August 4th about getting the pool cleaned. Also, the microwave door falling off when you open it. NEVER got a call back. I also called the property manager the day before and the day of check in. They said they would call me back. Never got a call bCk.

I recently stayed at this house and it exceeded my expectations. The extra beach supplies were a great addition and made our trips to the beach even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, being just 15 minutes away from Anna Maria.

1. I learned from the host, Alfredo, at the end of my stay that the house can be reserved through a direct rental company, which can be a lot cheaper. He also offered a discount for rebooking in the future. 2. The bed in the master bedroom is definitely on the firmer side. It was too hard for my liking. 3. On the last day, maintenance came to cut the grass and was peeping in the front door. This was a bit scary, and it felt like he was also there to make sure we left by the check-out time. As he was finished cutting all the grass way before our checkout time and was sitting in his black truck and did not drive off until we left. 4. There is a cleaning fee, and you’re also required to leave your bed linens cleaned or at least in the washer washing.
