-Mr. Waleed, the property manager, was friendly and welcoming. -He kindly offered us a ride upon arrival and accepted an early check-in, which we really appreciated. -The rooftop offers a partial sea view. -Basic appliances like a refrigerator, TV screen, water kettle, and a half-automatic washing machine were available.

-Water pressure was very weak, especially in the bathroom sink and shower, even after two plumber visits. -The toilet tank was faulty and got fixed later during the stay. -There was no Wi-Fi available. -Only one bedroom had a closet; the other had none. -Furniture is old and in poor condition; mattresses were very uncomfortable. -Kitchen utensils were very basic and only made of aluminum—not ideal for proper cooking. -The beach is around a 20-minute walk but was abandoned with no services. -The apartment lacked essential cleaning items—no soap, shampoo, or cleaning materials were provided.
