La atención al detalle que tuvieron con migo y mi familia, fue espectacular. El servicio al cliente de parte de Isabel, detallista, atenta, increíble y Diana, tener la calidez Guanacasteca. Valió la pena todo lo que pasamos para llegar a este hotel.

Quarto bom, espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro amplo e bem equipado, wifi funcionou bem, café da manhã muito bom, bem completo. O hotel fica em um centro empresarial-residencial, vários restaurantes ao redor, não é um ponto turistico mas funcionou bem para o que precisamos. Equipe simpática, precisdei de um adaptador para meu celular e o hotel me emprestou um.
Precisei fazer câmbio, ia pegar a estrada e queria ter alguns colones comigo mas a recepção do hotel não faz, precisei sair a pé procurando um ATM que me cobrou modestos 45% de taxa para sacar 10 mil colones.
