As instalações são confortáveis limpas e higiénicas. São limpas de dois em dois dias. Possuem todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para o dia a dia. O SPA está em boas condições: piscina e sauna. A localização é excelente, perto da praia e dos estabelecimentos da marina. Possui estacionamento local.
Tem um sistema de extração de ar que é ligado automaticamente todos dias durante algumas horas e que é algo ruidoso

El alojamiento estuvo bien, lo único al principio el primer día estuvimos en un departamento que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y la cortina eléctrica de la cocina no bajaba y entraba mucha luz, pero nos cambiaron al otro día y perfecto todo
Como dije anterior el primer departamento se notaba algunas cosas rotas el aire acondicionado y alguna que otra persiana eléctrica

From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789). After 10pm, you will need to go to The Pearl Hotel (GPS coordinates: 38º 29' 26 N, 8º 54' 02 W). All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
