The WiFi was great, the gym and swimming pool areas were nice, the breakfast was worth it, but the number one reason we enjoyed our stay the Marsa Malaz Kempinski was the brilliant staff, from the receptionists, to the staff in the breakfast restaurant, to the cleaners they were all incredibly lovely and always ready to help, 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I like that it looks classic and comfortable, and the location is amazing. I also like that the staff did their best to make our stay unforgettable, especially Khadijah and Bina. Thanks a lot to them and because of them that day was unforgettable truly.
The room service staff were so slow in fulfilling our requests. It took too long from the luggage carrier to come to the room to get our luggage. Other than that, everything was perfect.
