Arquitectura, decoração, conforto, limpeza. Proximidade da praia, embora esta praia seja muito ventosa, a orientação dos apartamentos permite que estejam abrigados. Proximidade do restaurante Morena Beach Club. O staff fantástico, a segurança. Apenas para mencionar alguns dos funcionários, desde a recepção até aos segurança e técnicos de piscina, a Romizia, o Erikson, o Natalino e o Sr. Vicente.
