A clean, quiet place to stay. Kitchen facilities were nice, just what I needed. Hot plate, microwave, and coffee machine. Hide-a-bed was surprisingly comfortable. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and laundromat. A/C worked great. Close to good scuba diving destinations. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! Very clean and spacious, and you really can’t beat the price for the value. Overall an experience and very kind and professional host.
The bed mattress was a bit thin and could feel the bed springs but if it’s just one person staying you can sleep in the couch position just fine.
