Villa Park Sun Island Resort is accessible either by a short domestic flight and speedboat transfer or by seaplane. To reach the property on the same day by domestic flight, guests must arrive at Velana International Airport before 17:00 local time in Malé. Seaplane transfers are scheduled during daylight hours between 0600hrs and 1600hrs. For arrivals to the resort, seaplane transfers from Velana International Airport will be arranged for guests arriving on international flights between 0600hrs and 1530hrs. For departures from the resort, seaplane transfers to Velana International Airport can only be arranged for international flights departing after 09:00. The baggage allowance is 20 kg for checked luggage and 5 kg for hand luggage. Excess baggage will be charged by the airline at approximately USD 5 per kg plus taxes. Compulsory Festive Meals: Mandatory supplements for the Christmas Eve (24th December) and New Year's Eve (31st December) gala dinners will be charged as follows. Payment before arrival via bank transfer or payment link is required.
