No AC Unpleasant smell of grill all over the villa probably from the previous guests Parking is far away and each morning you need to go uphill to the car There were two huge cockroachs on the ground floor Location is not good if you are planning to go more to the Funchal area, it will cost you 40min ride each way and also about 1 hour to the airport And of course pool heating costs additional 50 euros per night, in my opinion it should be included in the price
