8.7Hello, at first we arrived at the Galino Hotel, the room we booked was a family room with one bathroom. After I asked Mamiya to take care of it, she took care of us after an hour for a large and spacious room and we got two rooms, each room with its own bathroom. Really good service. We enjoyed everything. There is also a large water park and everything is included in the price. We were happy to stay at the hotel. I will come back with pleasure.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, the rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the pools and beach were beautiful. Every detail made our vacation soo special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
