You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note that an open credit card voucher will be requested upon check in. In case there is no credit card available, a cash amount will be asked upon check in. The amount will be determined by front desk. Each guest will be granted with a bracelet upon check in, in order to access the property. The bracelets will be asked back upon check out. In case a bracelet is not handed back, an additional fee will be charged per missing bracelet. Please note that cleaning service is every 3 days. Cleaning service for long stays are every 7 days. A deposit may be required at the property.
