They let us access the room a couple of hours before the official check-in which was very handy! The room was immaculately clean and had all of the facilities we needed plus some more. It was so useful to have a washing machine and a small amount of detergent. The air con was strong in both the lounge and the bedroom. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We genuinely loved our stay! Just the one night for us as we had a tight schedule but we would happily have stayed much longer
