4.3My overall experience of my stay was okay. Location is very ideal for dining and shopping However, I would not book this place if I knew they only offered WiFi in public areas (misdescription). The actual name was Hotel Tropicana suites Deluxe not as listed. Communication prior to arrival was unsuccessful through Expedia app and I couldn’t install WhatsApp.
Read more ↓We liked being close to restaurants and stores for convenience. The beach was a 5 minute walk but we didn’t mind the walk. After our second night the A/C broke, they brought someone in to fix it but it never cooled the room for the rest of our stay. They did give us a fan for the room though. I didn’t have a problem with front desk communication like others have said. They always sent anything we requested extra towels, toilet paper, drinking water etc. The sheets and towels were clean. Mostly the rooms are just run down and in need of upgrading but that is also reflected in the price.
