From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us with warm smiles and even surprised us with delicious traditional Albanian sweets. A thoughtful gesture that made us feel at home right away. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any question or request. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. Both the rooms and the public areas are kept in excellent condition, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden sind ausserordentlich freundlich. Schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrale Lage und doch sehr ruhig.
