Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette, Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of MYR 10 net per room, per night applies to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost. Standard check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in: - MYR 300 per night for Villas - MYR 1,000 per night for Suites Payment can be made by cash or credit card. The maximum number of occupants is as follows: - Sky, Executive, Premium & Panorama Pool Villas: 4 persons - Royal Suites: 4 persons - Imperial Suites: 6 persons - Presidential Suites: 8 persons Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. Extra beds or rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Additional persons must be declared and registered at the front desk upon check-in. Any additional persons beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of MYR 60 per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of MYR 10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A MYR 1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available upon request and are subject to additional charges. A refundable deposit of MYR 150 is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as a cleaning fee if decorative materials cause excessive litter or damage. Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee): In line with the Negeri Sembilan State Government’s directive, a Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee) of MYR 4 per room, per night will apply to all guests, effective November 2025. Please note that a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking is required for payment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
