8.8The personal warmth of the staff. They excelled at avoiding the trap of being dry impersonal hospitality providers. And introduced true humanity into the experience. The beautification project being done on the parking lot. Unfortunately it won't change the size.
The parking lot is too small except for a few small vehicles such as scooters and tuk-tuks. Any more than 2 compact cars and the parking lot is inadequate.
