This was a great location. The building is beautifully renovated inside. Our host, Joao, who runs the small convenience store downstairs was fantastic. Nice breakfast served in a cozy breakfast room, which is open for use during the day. The lady who runs the breakfast room was friendly and helped me with my Portugese lesson. A historic site that was a great place to stay.
