Rooms were clean, and hotel was quiet and seemed safe for family
From outside place doesnt look too inviting but once you see rooms, and meet helpful staff, you start liking the place

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for MXN 300 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Due to COVID-19 measures, pool need to be booked in advance with specific usage time, it is not allow to be more than 5 people at the same time in the pool. Please be aware front desk is only available up to 23:00hrs /11:00 pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
