Please note that the first night of the reservation must be paid in advance. Rancho Sak-Ol can be hard to find due to its somewhat secluded location. The property will send driving directions by email in advance. Please remember to review the directions before travelling, and contact the property directly if you have any doubts. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Guests arriving outside these hours should inform the property in advance of their estimated arrival time, and should ring the bell for assistance on arrival. Rancho Sak-Ol features a shared kitchen. The staff takes care of all cleaning during the breakfast service. Guests who choose to use the kitchen after this time are expected to clean up after themselves by washing, drying and putting away any dishes used. Guests who do not comply will be charged a cleaning fee of 10 USD per dish. A deposit may be required at the property.
