10.0"I would like to return to an area about which I knew little."
Nikos was the perfect host. He purchased groceries in advance at our request, arranged for rental cars and drove us to pick them up, arranged a tour of Olympia, and was otherwise available to answer questions as needed. The house was spacious, the pool delightful, and the nearby beach and bar/restaurant were hidden gems. The surprisingly bustling city of Pyrgos and charming port town of Katakolo were short drives away, and driving to the port of Kylini to catch the ferry to Zakynthos took less than an hour.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, nahe an einer schönen Bucht und bei Katakolo, einem kleinen Ort am Meer. Der grössere Ort Pyrgos liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zu den nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten gehört Olympia, andere antike Stätten sind zwischen 1.5 und 2.5 Stunden entfernt. Die Betreuung durch Nikos war einmalig, er war stets da wenn man ihn brauchte und immer bemüht, zu helfen. Die Reinigung des Hauses durch Luna war hervorragend! Beide sind überaus sympathisch!
Die Entfernung zu einigen schönen antiken Stätten wir Epidaurus oder Mykene ist relativ weit.
