من النادر أن أرى مستوىً من خدمة العملاء والعناية بالنزلاء كما رأيته في فندق كوزموبوليتان. الأستاذة أماني مثال حقيقي للاهتمام والاحترافية، فهي لا تترك تفصيلاً إلا وتتابعه لتتأكد أن إقامة جميع النزلاء مريحة ومميزة. تبدأ يومها بالاطمئنان على العائلات أثناء الإفطار، وتسألهم إن كانوا بحاجة إلى أي شيء، ثم تتابع معهم مدى رضاهم عن الغرف والخدمة، وكل ذلك بابتسامة صادقة واهتمام حقيقي. فندق كوزموبوليتان محظوظ بوجود موظفة بهذه الكفاءة والإخلاص، فهي تمثل المعنى الحقيقي للضيافة الراقية، وتجعل كل نزيل يشعر بأنه موضع اهتمام وتقدير.
Read more ↓كانت إقامة رائعة في فندق كوزموبوليتان. كل الشكر للأستاذ عمر طارق على الترقية الجميلة للغرفة، وكانت لفتة راقية أقدّرها كثيرًا. كما أشكره على أسلوبه اللطيف وابتسامته الدائمة وحسن تعامله. بوفيه الإفطار كان متنوعًا وطازجًا، والشكر الخاص للأستاذة آية سمير التي اهتمت بأدق التفاصيل وجعلت تجربة الإفطار مميزة وممتعة. أتمنى فقط أن تنتهي أعمال التجديد في صالة الطعام الرئيسية قريبًا. شكرًا لجميع فريق العمل على حسن الضيافة، وبالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة.
